As a department within the Business Services Division of Bloomfield Hills Schools, it is the responsibility of Purchasing and Budgets to support the procurement requirements of the District in an effective and efficient manner. This offers District personnel the means to perform in their responsibilities and ensures a continuous supply of goods and services necessary to support student learning. In addition, the department utilizes a system of budgetary and internal controls in meeting its responsibility for maintaining and reporting reliable financial information and ensuring that the District spends within the limits of the Board approved budget.
